On September 26-27, 2024, in the picturesque town of Spa\u0142a, the latest edition of ANIRO’s Electric Energy Quality Academy<\/a> took place. This two-day training brought together engineers, automation specialists, and electricians eager to expand their knowledge in the field of electric energy quality and modern technologies that enhance power supply parameters.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The event provided an excellent opportunity for exchanging experiences and gaining practical skills. The Academy consisted of a theoretical part, where key topics such as energy quality measurements, sources of distortions, and their impact on devices were discussed, as well as a practical part, during which participants could familiarize themselves with the operation of compensators and active filters.<\/p>\n

Program of the Academy<\/strong>
\nThe first day of the Academy began with an introduction to the topic of harmonics and reactive power compensation. The speakers also presented ANIRO\u2019s solutions and conducted a session dedicated to voltage stabilizers and UPS systems. A key highlight was the presentation by Comsys, which covered topics related to resonance and the effects of harmonic distortions.

Participants were able to exchange experiences during coffee breaks and engage in discussions at the formal dinner held after the first day of training.
