Upgrade of the control system for the spring winding machine:
kwadrat replacement of the main drive for the winding shaft with an Emerson converter,
kwadrat replacement of the old controller, programming of positioning functions for 4 axes,
kwadrat replacement of distance measurement systems – implementation of magnetic encoders,
kwadrat replacement of angle and rotational speed measurement systems – implementation of an incremental encoder,
kwadrat replacement of the control panel equipped with a distributed input/output station and a graphic terminal with recipe management for wound springs.
kwadrat implementation of 1 master axis and the electronic gearbox function, with dynamically changing parameters, for the remaining axes.
kwadrat implementation of the winding process with an accuracy of 1 mm across the entire height of the spring.

kwadrat Emerson AC drive with a communication card, controlled via PROFINET.
kwadrat 1 HMI graphic terminal,
kwadrat remote access to the PLC controller and touch panel.
