The ANIRO service is a team of experienced employees who will quickly and efficiently repair devices in the field of industrial automation, i.e. frequency converters, LV devices, soft starters, PLC controllers, HMI panels and others.
We guarantee:
apparatus diagnosis – it takes a maximum of 3 days to check the device,
consultation of the repair cost with the customer, before the work is started (after device diagnostics),
on customer’s request, we provide replacement equipment for the duration of the repair (the customer covers the costs of transport),
the average repair time of devices is 7 days (counted from the time of shipment from the customer to the time of delivery of the repaired device),
all repairs are carried out at the company’s headquarters in Torun (we do not send equipment to manufacturers),
there is an option of a service trip to the customer.
We repair LS IS, Emotron, ABB, Schneider and other manufacturers devices.

COMMENTS:
1. Where the expertise of the damaged part made by specialists ANIRO Sp. z o.o. demonstrates that the defect is not covered by the guarantee, the applicant will bear the cost of replacement, repair, diagnostic inspection and transport after acceptance.
2. The completed form should be sent via the website www.aniro.pl and a print copy shall be attached to the package with the damaged device.
3. Failure to attach the form to the parcel will result in suspension of the service until clarification.
