Realizacja:

During the implementation of the task in the mechanical field, the following were completed:
modernization of existing sections of roller conveyors,
delivery and installation of a turntable
adaptation of conveyors and the turntable for automatic control.
delivery and installation of fencing for the SAFETY system.

The electrical and automation sectors included:
prefabrication and on-site installation of the distribution and control cabinet,
installation of sensors along the conveyor line,
implementation of the SAFETY system,
cabling,
programming and commissioning of the conveyor line.

Used devices, equipment, PLC, communication, etc.:

The following were used to carry out the task:
frequency converters of the S100 series – 13 units,
switching and protection devices from LSIS,
freely programmable PLC controller of the XGB Ultra series – 1 set,
number of discrete I/O for PLC – 68 units
communication via MODBUS,
photo sensors – 26 units.
control panel with control and signaling elements,
SAFETY systems using PILZ safety relays.
