Modernization of the paper cutter control system:
Replacement of the old controller, software for technological functions,
Replacement of the old operator’s panel and console.
Replacement of the visualization system.
Implementation of a SCADA system for archiving and expanding diagnostic functions.
Implementation of control for the operation of the unwinding generator and winding shafts with torque regulation to achieve the desired tension of the web during its cutting process.

distributed input/output structure on-site – 1 station on PROFINET in the operator panel.
1 MP277 touchscreen operator terminal

AC, DC drives with encoder cards, controlled via Profibus DP.
