Modernization of the control system for the 32 MN forging press:

kwadrat Replacement of the actuator control system – using servo valves and amplifier cards with PID controller functions
kwadrat Replacement of the operator workstation – use of a PC with ZenOn SCADA system
kwadrat Implementation of anvil positioning with an accuracy of 1 mm
kwadrat Remote access by integrating the new PLC controller into the plant’s Ethernet network.
