Control systems for industrial waste sorting line

The technological line implements the process of sorting industrial waste from the construction industry:
 
preliminary sorting of waste,
comminution, grinding of pre-sorted waste, 
another segregation process – mechanical, magnetic and pneumatic segregation,
sorting and packing.

1 S7-315-2 PN / DP central controller,
1 central SICK safety controller with I / O modules,
distributed structure of inputs / outputs on the site – 4 stations on PROFINET IO,
1 graphic terminal,
PROFINET IO communication,
AC Nord drives with communication cards, controlled via PROFINET IO,
2 stands with the ZenOn production process visualization system,
remote access by connecting the controller to the factory Ethernet network.
