In the modern building of ANIRO located at 163 Włocławska Street in Toruń, a meeting took place with representatives from the ETAK Electrical Wholesale Company, during which Rafał Grabowski, the Head of the ANIRO Installation Department, provided a detailed overview of the projects currently being undertaken by the company. The new production hall enables ANIRO to carry out comprehensive orders for the prefabrication of control and distribution cabinets for demanding industrial automation processes.
Notable projects include the construction of a crane prototype for one of the German clients. The control cabinet prepared by ANIRO enables precise control of all crane functions, from lifting and lowering to rotating and moving along various axes. The entire system operates on a modern processor, and the implemented safety modules and UPS power supplies ensure reliable operation even in the event of a power failure. The device also meets the requirements of the Office of Technical Inspection, allowing for its future mass production. As Grabowski emphasizes, the implementation of such projects is proof that ANIRO can meet the highest production standards for the industrial sector, particularly with devices subject to certification.
ANIRO cabinets are designed with a focus on the most efficient organization of space. Each cabinet is installed by a team of qualified specialists, which often requires up to 140 hours of work. Each project requires the installation of components such as thermostats, residual current devices, circuit breakers, as well as chokes to eliminate interference. Specially shielded cables, along with relays and contactors, ensure resistance to any electromagnetic interference that could affect the precise operation of individual components of the system.
Modern control cabinets also incorporate communication rails and special connectors that facilitate easy signal transmission between the crane components. For larger devices, additional safety features and structural elements are used to reinforce the entire construction, ensuring reliability and stability even under heavy loads.
In addition to cranes, ANIRO also specializes in projects on a much larger scale, where process automation requires handling up to 2,500 signals. These systems integrate advanced visualization and operator interface solutions, which require a precisely planned communication infrastructure. Each stage of production, from design to assembly and testing, is carried out according to the highest quality standards.
The use of modern energy solutions enables ANIRO to maintain full control over energy parameters. The power supply is implemented using flexible copper cables, and precise measurement packages are mounted on the cabinet’s facade, allowing for real-time monitoring of power consumption and network parameters. Thanks to advanced solutions, operators can monitor and optimize processes in real time, resulting in energy savings and increased efficiency.
ANIRO proudly executes projects that offer unique solutions in the Polish industrial automation market. An example is the collaboration with a factory, where the initial focus was on modernizing a single production line, ultimately resulting in the modernization of almost the entire machinery park. As a result, ANIRO has become a strategic partner, and clients eagerly return with new orders, building long-term relationships based on trust and reliability.
