The control system for preparing the raw material for the production of LVL boards

Technological line designed to prepare the raw material for the LVL production line:
 
kwadrat preparation of basins (LogPonds) for soaking logs,
kwadrat maintaining a proper level of water in water basin,
kwadrat maintaining the set temperature in water basins,
kwadrat soaking and transporting logs in basins through time-related technology, 
kwadrat maintaining proper water quality through the use of sewage treatment plants,
kwadrat heating water using the heat recovered from the dryer,

kwadrat 1 S7-317-2 PN / DP central controller,
kwadrat CP 343-1 communication processor,
kwadrat 2 PROFIBUS gates – PROFIBUS DP / PROFIBUS D coupler,
kwadrat 1 PROFINET gate – PROFINET / PROFINET coupler,
kwadrat distributed structure of inputs / outputs on the site – 6 stations on PROFIBUS DP on the site,
kwadrat AC LS IS7 drives with communication card, controlled via PROFIBUS DP,
kwadrat 1 post with the SCADA WINCC system, 
kwadrat remote access to the PLC and operator station,
