Upgrade of the control system for the GOGAN spring winding machine.

The control system for the spring winding machine, used for hot rolling technology, has been replaced.

The project involved developing a control system that takes into account the imperfections in the machine’s mechanics. After the concept was approved, the electrical design was prepared using the EPLAN P8 software. The on-site work was carried out during a short machine downtime, as it is the main production equipment in the company.
