distributed structure of inputs / outputs on the site – 2 stations on PROFINET IO,

1 19 “inches operator panel with the WINCC production processes visualization system,
AC Nord drives with communication cards, controlled via PROFINET IO,
remote access by connecting the controller to the factory Ethernet network

The technological line implements the process of sorting industrial waste from the construction industry:
preliminary sorting of waste,
comminution, grinding of pre-sorted waste,
another segregation process – mechanical, magnetic and pneumatic segregation,
sorting and packing.
